FTA Triennial Review Materials

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requires FTA grantees to retain a copy of each fiscal year's FTA program of projects and confirmation that grantees have met the federal public involvement requirements. Copies of documents required for triennial reviews, which include notices of public hearings, public hearing transcripts, the annual FTA Section 5307 and 5309 programs, and MTC's federal planning recertification (approved March 31, 2008) are listed below.
