Blueprint Supporting Publications

MTC has published three technical work products from the Commission's Bay Area Blueprint planning effort. The Blueprint Project Notebook, which identified over $33 billion in capital investments, provides project-level information on each candidate project proposed for inclusion in the Bay Area Blueprint. Building on this inventory, the Evaluation Report evaluates the cost-effectiveness of individual transit and highway projects. And lastly, the Public Outreach Notebook contains the public outreach meeting summaries and poll results from the outreach efforts undertaken during development of the Blueprint.
