I-80 Corridor Interregional SummitPlanning for the Emerging San Francisco-Sacramento MegaregionDate: April 10, 2008 The I-80 Interregional Summit is designed for local elected officials, and professionals in the fields of transportation and land use. The summit is free of charge (including box lunch) but registration is required. Space is limited to 140 registrants, and parking at UCD is $6.00. To register, visit: sacog.org/websites/I80CorridorSummit/ The purpose of this interregional summit is to share initial findings from a new study highlighting how the San Francisco Bay Area and the Sacramento region can better coordinate land use planning, travel modeling and transportation investments, particularly along the I-80 freeway corridor and Amtrak's Capitol Corridor that link the two regions.
