Status Report on the Strategic Planning for a Joint Regional Agency Co-Location Facility.*

The Commission and the Authority will receive a staff report recommending the acquisition of 390 Main Street, San Francisco as the location for the regional government facility to be jointly occupied by BATA, MTC, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (Air District) and the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG).

Closed Session

MTC and BATA will meet in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: (i) to confer with real property negotiators to discuss the acquisition of real property, subject to receipt of sufficient financing, and (ii) to confer with MTC/BATA staff real property negotiators to discuss proposed co-tenancy arrangements with the Air District and ABAG as follows:
