CALL AND
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETINGS
As Chair of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and the Bay Area Toll Authority, I am calling special meetings of MTC and BATA for August 17, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at the Joseph P. Bort MetroCenter, 101 Eighth Street, Oakland, CA 94607-4700. The business to be transacted will include: (1) to consider reauthorization and ratification of the matters acted upon by MTC/BATA on July 27, 2011 relating to the potential acquisition of 390 Main Street, San Francisco, California; (2) to meet with the Agency Real Property Negotiators regarding that same property; and (3) to confer with legal counsel regarding exposure to the agencies of potential litigation. Members of the public shall be provided an opportunity to directly address MTC and/or BATA concerning any item described in this notice, before or during consideration of that item. Agendas and materials will be posted and distributed for these meetings by MTC staff in the normal course.
