The Commission and the Authority will receive a staff report regarding the recommended acquisition of 390 Main Street, San Francisco as the location for the regional government facility to be jointly occupied by BATA, MTC, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (Air District) and, potentially, the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG).

MTC and BATA will meet in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) to discuss significant exposure to litigation: one potential case.

MTC and BATA will meet in Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8: to confer with real property negotiators to discuss the acquisition of real property and proposed co-tenancy arrangements with the Air District and, potentially, ABAG as follows:
