Bay Area Headquarters Authority (BAHA)*

a) 

BATA Resolution No. 99A, Creationof BAHA.*

The Authority will be requested to approve BATA Resolution No. 99A, which authorizes the formation of the BAHA, a Joint Powers Authority comprised of BATA and MTC for the purpose of developing and acquiring a regional headquarters office facility.

b) 

BATA Resolution No. 100A, Contribution of Funds for BAHA and Approval of Certain Actions Pending Formation of BAHA.*

The Authority will be asked to approve Resolution No. 100A, which would authorize BATA to place money in escrow and contribute those funds and funds for improving the facility to be acquired, together with co-location expenses, to BAHA, for the purpose of acquiring a regional headquarters office facility and take other related actions.

c) 

BATA Resolution No. 98, Revised, Budget Amendment for the Bay Area Headquarters Project.*

The Authority will be asked to approve Resolution No. 98, Revised, to authorize an amendment to the FY 2011-12 BATA Budget for the purpose of providing funds to open escrow and transferring such funds together with funds for improvement and related co-location expenses to the BAHA for the purposes of acquiring and improving a regional headquarters office facility.

Public Comment: The public is encouraged to comment on agenda items at meetings by completing a request-to-speak card (available from staff) and passing it to the secretary or chairperson. Parking at the MetroCenter:
Metered parking is available on the street. No public parking is provided a the MetroCenter. Spaces reserved for Commissioners are for the use of their stickered vehicles only; all other vehicles will be towed away.
