Resolution No. 4029A - Creation of Bay Area Headquarters Authority.*

The Commission will be requested to approve MTC Resolution No. 4029A, which authorizes the formation of the Bay Area Headquarters Authority (BAHA), a Joint Powers Authority comprised of BATA and MTC for the purpose of developing and acquiring a regional office facility. Resolution No. 4029A also acknowledges and approves certain related actions by the Bay Area Toll Authority and BAHA.

Parking at the MetroCenter: Metered parking is available on the street. No public parking is provided at the MetroCenter. Spaces reserved for Commissioners are for the use of their stickered vehicles only; all other vehicles will be towed away.
