Transbay Terminal Farewell Album

September 1, 2010…The Transbay Terminal will soon be part of San Francisco history.  In the next few months, the gray concrete monolith that has dominated Mission Street between Fremont and First streets since 1939 will become a pile of rubble. We sent two photographers into the facility a few days before the terminal closed in August 2010, to capture for posterity some of the remnants of a bygone era. Read more.
