The proposed RTP amendment is available for public review on the MTC Web site at <www.mtc.ca.gov>, at the MTC-ABAG library and at major public libraries in each of the nine Bay Area counties. Written comments are due by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2002.
