OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 4, 2002...Yesterday's MTC media advisory announcing its upcoming public hearings on the proposed amendment to the 2001 Regional Transportation Plan included an incorrect fax number.

Comments on the proposed amendment should be faxed to MTC, Attention: Doug Kimsey, at 510.817.5848. All other contact information listed in yesterday's media advisory is correct -- only the fax number should be changed. Written comments also can be sent via regular mail or via e-mail.
