Get Involved and
Make a Difference!

MTC is conducting an open recruitment for three panels — the MTC Advisory Council, the Elderly and Disabled Advisory Committee and the Minority Citizens Advisory Committee. Seats on the three panels reflect the diversity of the Bay Area and a range of interests and disciplines, including minority and low-income communities, users of the transportation system, senior citizens, the disability community, academia, architecture, engineering and public safety. Committee members are expected to attend monthly meetings held at MTC’s offices in Oakland during business hours and to serve a two-year term. While positions are voluntary, committee members do receive a stipend for attendance at certain meetings.
