• Updated guidelines for MTC's Low-Income Flexible Transportation Program, which will provide $6 million in grants over the next three years for transportation services catering to low-income neighborhoods and newcomers to the job market.
• Approved a privacy plan for the TravInfo® regional traveler information system, and particularly for tracking travel speeds via FastTrak™ toll-collection transponders installed in private vehicles. The plan is designed to ensure that data is collected anonymously, and that FasTrak® users are notified of the data collection plan.
