Join the Commuter
Corps
From time to time, transportation reporters ask us to help them locate Bay Area
commuters who are willing to comment on current issues. With that notion in mind, we are
creating the MTC Commuter Corps, a database of people who are willing to share their
experiences and opinions with the media. If you choose to join, we also might occasionally
contact you for our own press releases and news stories. The rewards? A free MTC lapel pin,
and seeing your name in print now and then.
To participate, you can visit our Commuter Corps Web page, located at www.mtc.ca.gov/commuters.
You also can fax, mail or e-mail a note to the Transactions editor with information
about where you live and work and how you commute:
Brenda Kahn, Public Information

E-mail: bkahn@mtc.ca.gov
Phone: 510.817.5773
Fax: 510.817.5848
Include your address, fax, daytime phone number and e-mail address so we can contact you
-- and send you our thank-you gift. If you don't have time to write, just give us a call,
and we'll interview you over the phone.
