Equity Analysis Report for the Transportation 2035 Plan

The purpose of the Equity Analysis to ensure that minority and low-income communities in the Bay Area share equitably in the benefits of the Transportation 2035 Plan without bearing a disproportionate share of the burdens. As an assessment of the region’s long-range transportation investment strategy, this analysis is conducted at a regional, program-level scale.

This assessment of the long-range plan is intended to satisfy federal requirements under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and federal policies and guidance on environmental justice.
