Aviation Element of the Regional Airport System Plan (RASP)
The Regional Airport System Plan is the long-range aviation system plan for the San Francisco Bay Area and includes both an air carrier element and general aviation element. The most recent review of the RASP has concentrated on general aviation trends and issues. The draft report and preliminary recommendations have been reviewed with the Regional Airport Planning Committee (a joint Committee of ABAG, BCDC, and MTC).
