On February 2, 2012, a star-studded panel of experts presented on a wide array of smart parking policies at the New Partners for Smart Growth Conference. The 3 hour session included 12 speakers, beginning with insights on smart parking policies by Don Shoup. Other talks provided perspectives of developers, cities, transit agencies, academics, parking consultants, and regional agencies.
