Caltrans Traffic Counts

The Traffic Data Branch of Caltrans is responsible for the collection and dissemination of historical data. TRAFFIC COUNTS (also called Traffic Volumes) are available in various formats, and are only for the State Highway System.

National Transit Database

The National Transit Database (NTD) is the Federal Transit Administration's (FTA's) primary national database for statistics on the transit industry.

Bureau of Transportation Statistics

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) was established as a statistical agency in 1992. BTS was created to administer data collection, analysis, and reporting and to ensure the most cost-effective use of transportation-monitoring resources.
