This resolution guides the FY 2025-26 OWP, a collaborative metropolitan transportation planning process involving MTC, the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Caltrans, and other local transportation partners.
