Allocation of $257.5 million in RM3 capital funds to three projects:
· RM3 Project 6, BART to Silicon Valley Phase II - $192.5 million to VTA;
· RM3 Project 13, Transbay Corridor Core Capacity Project - $50 million to BART; and
· RM3 Project 33, Vasco Road Safety Improvements Project - $15 million to the State Route 4 Bypass Authority.

The TIP includes transportation projects and investments anticipated for the next four years (FY 2027 through FY2030). These projects are expected to receive federal funds, are regionally significant, or are otherwise subject to a federal action. The draft 2027 TIP and draft Air Quality Conformity Analysis documents were released for public review and comment beginning on July 14, 2026. The written comment period ends at 5:00 p.m. August 12, 2026.
